 How long does it take to set up? 

-Vintage Pod - 30 minutes (approx.)

-Boutique Booth - 60 minutes (approx.)

 

 When do we arrive at the venue? 

-We aim to arrive 1.5 to 2.5 hours before the booked start time

 

 How big is the Vintage Pod? 

-1.5m x 1m (approx.)

 

 How big is the Boutique Booth? 

-2.5m x 1.3m (approx.)

 

 How does the Guestbook work? 

-In addition to photos being printed for the guests, extra photos are printed once the guests have finished taking pictures and are guided to writing a message besides their photo in the Guestbook. The hosts are presented with the Guestbook to take home at the end of the event.

 

 How do the Magnets work? 

-Once the guests have their newly printed photo in hand, they are offered the chance to have a photo converted to a magnet. A basic Magnet package includes 100 magnets, and care is taken by the attendant to ensure all booth guests receive magnets whilst pacing its distribution through the event.

 

 When does the Pod/Booth pause/stop? 

-Courtesy pauses come into play at time of the main entrance/dance and the speeches. It’s also possible a change of paper/ink may result in a 5 minutes pause of action.

 

 Can the Pod/Booth be positioned outdoors? 

-Due to potential risks with the electrical equipment regarding weather including heat, humidity, rain etc., it’s strongly recommended the attraction is situated indoors. If your preference is for it to be located outdoors, please advise us at time of booking so this can be discussed.

 

 Can the Pod/Booth be set-up/dismantled whilst the event is going on? 

-Whilst this is a matter for the hosts to consider as an option, it is common to do so. Naturally maximum efforts are made to be discreet/minimize disruption.

 

 Can the Pod/Booth be relocated mid-way through an event? 

-The Vintage Pod can be relocated, provided it’s safe/feasible to do so given the surroundings. The relocation will take approximately 10/20 mins.

-The Boutique Booth regretfully cannot be relocated once set up. For this reason careful planning of its position at the event is of paramount importance.

 

 Can we extend our booking once the event has started? 

-It may be possible to extend your booking, please enquire at the booth.

 

 Which Payments do you accept? 

-Our payment of preferred method of receiving payment is Wire Transfer, Bit Payment, PayBox or Cash.
